Every performance rating has been checked in detail prior to publication.
The Healthcare Commission will not review a performance rating on any grounds advanced by a Trust that queries the whole, or part, of its criteria for the 2004/2005 performance ratings, or the ratified data by a Trust.
If a Trust believes that the Healthcare Commission has incorrectly applied our published criteria for the 2004/2005 ratings to the ratified data provided by a Trust and that this has affected their rating in a material way, we will consider a Trust's request to review its performance rating.
